Covid-19 Related Changes to Our Deposit, Cancellation, and Date Change Policies

We’ve been following the Covid-19 outbreak since its early days, watching for potential impacts in the United States and more locally in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. These impacts are preventing many events from happening, or becoming delayed indefinitely. We understand this is no fault of our customers, and we encourage everyone to do their part to “flatten the curve.”

As such, as long as this emergency is in place, we are allowing customers the following options:

  1. Reschedule to another date we have available.
  2. Request a refund of all payments including the non-refundable deposit
  3. If a rescheduled event takes place on a date we are already fully booked on, you will be given a full refund.

We also reserve the right to cancel on events that we decide are imprudent to host given either state, local, or national authorities’ statements.

We encourage early communication with us on cancellations, reschedules, and dates planned. We understand this is a very challenging time for all involved, but we pledge to work with you to the best of our abilities to ensure memories are made and captured in a safe way for us all.
