We’ll be showcasing our photo booths, marquee letter rentals, and reception games at a number of Cincinnati and Northern KY area wedding shows in 2025. With the downtown Duke Energy Convention Center under renovation, most shows have relocated to the Sharonville Convention Center (major perk: free parking!) while the NKY show remains in the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington.
January 4-5 Wendy’s Wedding Expo, Sharonville Convention Center
Wendy’s Wedding Expo is the longest running, largest wedding show in the area. Running two days, Saturday from 10-5, and Sunday 11-4, with two fashion shows on Saturday, noon and 3pm, and one Sunday at 2pm. The fashion shows are hugely popular, with bridal and bridesmaid dresses showcased in a variety of styles. We’ll be near the doors along the front wall.
Weather is always a wildcard for the early wedding shows, and this year looks to be no different. With heavy snow forecast in the afternoon Sunday, Saturday will likely be extremely busy. Sundays are typically the slower day for Wendy’s as it is, so if you have the flexibility, early Sunday will probably give you the best chance to interact with vendors while giving you time to get home before the weather hits.
Tickets are $10 plus tax

February 1-2 Bridalrama, Sharonville Convention Center
The second annual show of the year is Bridalrama. Typically a slightly smaller sho than Wendy’s, this show runs 11am-3pm both days. It doesn’t feature a fashion show but it typically does have a different collection of vendors as well as being a more affordable option – while individual tickets are $10, a four pack is available for $20, and in the past vendors have been provided withe free tickets to hand out.
We are able to get a larger booth at this show so look for the 360 booth as well as our regular booth here. As with Wendy’s, Sunday is historically slower than Saturday so if you have the flexibility Sunday has more elbow room and ability to chat with vendors. It also has the benefit of being the “off” weekend before the Superbowl.

March 23: Greater Cincinnati Bridal and Wedding Expo, Northern KY Convention Center (Covington)
The only major show hosted in Northern Kentucky is a one day only event from 1pm-5pm, Sunday March 23. This is a rare, free show to attend (preregistration required, otherwise $10 at the door). We don’t have plans finalized for this one yet but we usually bring the 360 and regular booth to this show.
Planning Your Wedding Show Experience
Wedding expos can be a bit overwhelming especially if it’s your first one. What you need to look at and who you need to talk to will depend on where you’re at in your planning and what you need. Each show has a list of vendors grouped by the type of service they provide, and not every vendor is exactly wedding related (for example we’ve been next to a roofing company and vacuum cleaner salesmen.) There’s limited time, and for most people, limited energy, so try to stay focused on your needs, and checking out things you want to see or experience first hand, like the cake bakers and of course, photo booths.
