If you’ve found this page you probably heard or suspect Picture Perfect Photo Booth Rentals and Picture Perfect Event Services has permanently closed on or around Christmas 2023, at least the area around Cincinnati and Dayton. Unfortunately, it seems to have been a chaotic closure, with no contact or notice given to customers. A few people have called us to let us know they found out after not receiving any responses to their calls and emails, and one caller even said they stopped by their headquarters in Kettering only to see it marked as a closed business by the Post Office.
We want to help customers affected by this closure by offering $100 off any of our rentals, with proof of a signed contract and/or deposit. While most of our rates were comparable to Picture Perfect’s, we can’t do any further price matching or honoring of past payments. We hope that customers are made whole by the company by returning payments and deposits, but that is unfortunately beyond our control.
